I've been with the lifetime member since 2005 and never won anything. I have problems everytime I call for any info. My sister is also a life member and has never won anything or ever got any product's to rate. I've also been disapointed with the product's I've gotten. I have one more payment to make for full membership. I'd also like to give my daughter a lifetime membership, I have already bought her a year subcription of the magazine. Right now I'd like to see an improvment in all web and customer service improve, before I get her a life membership.

I have been a Lifetime member since 2003. I won 1 prize in july/aug 07. I supposedly won making memories. I have not recieved my prize! In the 5yrs I've been a member I may have tested 2 products. And that was an ink pen and some stickers. This club is very disappointing. I'm also a lifetime member to the Cooking Club and they are just as bad as this one. Hopeful they will see what they are doing wrong with these clubs and improve them soon.

I wonder if anyone even reads these comments. I am a lifetime member also and I haven't won anything ever. When I became a lifetime member the pamplet I received bosted that lifetime members got to test the best products. That was the reason I joined the lifetime mewmbership. The only thing I have received, to test has been small things like embrodery thread. Has been a great disapointment to me.

jed wrote aug 2008 just thought I would check to see if they have updated this bad site in a year. ..............I also have been a member for four years and yes have received a paper photo frame to try. and the next thing was some magic little beads to put in water for plants to sit in for watering(and they were green) and guaranteed not to harm any plant or bleed their color on to anything else.but have never won even a paint brush, or a basket of goodies and can't even find out if any one else has. Other than the mag I think we all have been had,,, ie started to receive a bunch of garbage (JUNK MAIL) after all of this,this is the way they get our names to sell for mailings. ----- just one more way for them to earn money so they can publish their mag as they have spent all of it on the ceo's and now they seem to to be poor at anything they do. also the stuff I received when joined was not worth the total money spent for membership.. That money spent for membership was basic for the subscription to magazine for the rest of your life or theirs(magazine) being published, I have heard it is going under Dear Lord hope not as I do like the mag. However I wish someone would remember to monitor this site from the magazine and keep us all in the loop.. Best of luck on this to anyone who reads this post. JED

I have been a life member for sometime too but never joined the testing product site until recently. I finally get something to test and it is of no use to me whatsoever. It was some kind of window product that was to keep people from breaking into your home. To be used on a sliding glass door or window. Neither of these do I have plus my husband thought it looked like a piece of junk and was so ugly and unsitely I don't see why anybody would want this on their home. I thought I would be testing craft products? I did get a letter a few weeks ago saying I won $75 worth of DM spray paints which I have yet to see arrive on my doorstep. I think Djohnson is right this is just for other members but that means the club does not pay someone to be a monitor on the site which is bad.

I just became a member and am shocked at some of the comments by other members. I am beginning to worry about joining. It is very expensive for just a magazine every two months. I am beginning to think I should cancel my membership. There are so many other sites to buy crafts from which are great and very well explained. And the quality is always great too. Am I the only one who has complained. I don't want to wait until I've paid $336 and then be sorry. I can't and won't go that far in debt. I am on a fixed income and you're letters made it sound so attractive but each time I've called your people were unconcerned and got no answers for my questions.
