The beauty of this glass bead set is its complex look with only the simplest skills required. All you need are a few tools and an afternoon!

You will need:
• One pkg. 4mm green Picasso faceted bicone glass beads*
• One 16" strand 6mm topaz brown/silver cathedral fire-polished glass beads*
• One 8" strand 7mm clear/blue cathedral fire-polished glass beads*
• One 8" strand 7mm pink cathedral fire-polished glass beads*
• Two sets dragonfly design pewter loop clasps
• One pkg. 1 1/2" eye pins
• Flat-nose pliers
• Round-nose pliers
• Ruler or tape measure
Optional: Jewelry tray

Step 1: Make first section. Following diagram, load eye pin with one bicone bead and one cathedral bead (Figure 1). Use flat-nose pliers to bend end of eye pin 90 degrees (Figure 2). Grip wire 1/8" in from end with round-nose pliers and roll wire around pliers into a circle (Figure 3).
Step 2: Make remaining sections. Repeat Step 1 to make ten sections for each color combination bicone & pink, bicone & olive, bicone and blue, etc.)
Step 3: Join sections. Alternate completed sections to make a pattern or choose randomly. To attach sections, use pliers to open circle at end of eye pin, hook to next section, and close. For necklace, make two strands of 28 sections each. For bracelet, make two strands of 11 sections each.
Step 4: Finish. Attach dragonfly closures to finished strands in same way as Step 3. To adjust length, add or remove sections.
