2. I have sent in payment, why am I still receiving an invoice?

It is most likely that the invoice was created and sent to you before we received your payment. If you sent your payment within the last 4 weeks, please disregard the invoice. If has been longer than 4 weeks since you submitted payment, please check the payment status by visting your Account History.
