Anybody love clay as much as I do? I'm always looking for new objects to attach clay to! any ideas?

try looking at the club I joined it's to cool & great for beginners!!  http://www.polyclayplay.com/index.htm . There is also a challenge that just finished and we are voting guess what one is mine??!!! http://www.polyclayplay.com/challen...enge13.htm

The winners will be posted sometime Monday and they will give the names of the people who made them. Trish the owner is a very inspiring person & she iaa also a wonderful polymer clay artist especially since she uses a lot of recyclables to make projects on. check it out!!!!!

Nice stuff Abby! I can't believe you did that King Tut in the sixth grade. You must be a natural.

I have done a little polymer,  but now I'm planning to get pregnant and heard something about possible birth defects, so I'm not taking any chances.

    hi LavenderFrost ,

I love your art!! maybe you should make something out of clay like a box  & do your art work on it. That would be beautiful!!

Abby, that is a delightfully different piece.  It was my favorite among them.  You deserve the win.

Hello Abby nice to meet you and a warm welcome to the site.  I've told others that it's an addiction but since it's legal it's okay ; 0.  I haven't worked with clays since high school but alot of the girls (the ones that posted above me) are always talking about how much fun it is, so that's a craft that i've put on my 'to do' list.  I've learned so many since I joined 2yrs ago and i'm loving every  minute i'm a member....hope you will too!

I found the pics of my baby shower & here are the pins from it that I made!

I used a sculpey mold for the baby & a sweetbrier mold for the bear!

    Abby-

My wine glass charms are already on the my photobucket, or at least a sample of them. The ones shown are the Fruitbowl set, but I have several different sets I make.

Gorgeous box, by the way!!! Congrats on the win and welcome to the boards!
